Tell us what needs to move.

Start with the product, the service, the research question, or the thing that keeps going wrong that you have not named yet.

A person reads every message. Not a queue, not a bot, not a ticket number.

01 Start a conversation

Bring the problem. Not a polished brief.

You do not need to know which product you want. Most useful conversations start with a description of something that keeps breaking.

Uncheck this box to keep the message transactional. When selected, JLS may send research, field notes, and relevant product or service information.

A person reads every message. Research / More Information follow-up is optional and controlled by the checkbox above.

02 Find the right route

Know what you are looking for?

Three common paths. If none of them fit, use the form above and say so.

01 / PRODUCTS

Looking for a product?

Review the current product pages and identify the system, environment, or operating problem you need to solve.

Explore products →
02 / SERVICES

Need the work mapped?

Operational services begin with the current state, the desired result, and the evidence needed to bridge them.

03 / PARTNERS

Own the relationship.

Sales partners remain the customer relationship owner. Jamie Lynn Services provides the product, service, and support structure.

03 What happens next

No funnel. A conversation.

Here is the actual sequence, so there are no surprises.

01 / READ

Somebody reads it.

Usually within a business day. If the answer is that we are not the right shop for this, we will say that plainly and point you somewhere better if we can.

02 / ASK

We ask about the work.

Not budget, not timeline, not authority. What is happening, who it affects, and what would have to be true for it to stop.

03 / SCOPE

Then we scope it.

Only once we understand the problem. We would rather quote something small and real than something large and speculative.

04 Straight answers

Before you write.

The questions people usually have before sending a first message.

Do I need to know which product I want?

No, and it is often better if you do not. Describe the operating problem and let us work out whether it is a product, a service engagement, or something you should fix internally without hiring anybody.

Will I get added to a mailing list?

Only when the pre-selected Research / More Information box remains checked. Uncheck it before sending to keep the contact message transactional.

Is there a minimum engagement size?

The published services start at $1,500 for a Defined Process Map. If your question is smaller than that, say so — sometimes the useful answer is a twenty-minute conversation and no invoice.

Can you sign an NDA before we talk?

Yes. Mention it in your message and we will handle that before you share anything sensitive.

Do you work outside New York?

Yes. Remote engagements are normal; on-site work is scoped against travel and the requirements of the specific engagement.

What if we are not ready to buy anything?

Then we are not going to sell you anything. If the conversation is useful to you and interesting to us, that is a reasonable outcome on its own.

05 Who you are writing to

A family business in Albany, New York.

Not a contact form that routes into a CRM and out to a contractor.

Jamie Lynn Services is small on purpose. That means you are writing to the people who will actually do the work, and it means we cannot take every engagement — we would rather tell you that early than disappear halfway through one.

It also means the reply might mention that we are not the right fit. We consider that a good outcome for both of us.

If a system is confusing, we are the ones who have to operate it on a Sunday. That is why we ask so many questions before we scope anything.
