01 / CobyAI II // Cloud Gap

Your people already have artificial intelligence.
Your organization deserves actual intelligence.

Cloud Gap is your organization’s private AI ecosystem: dedicated compute, encrypted storage, controlled access, and a place for your AI, files, knowledge, and institutional work to remain together.

Dedicated virtual environment · Dedicated GPU compute · Encryption at rest and in transit

Availability starting at $5,000 / month · six-month minimum

02 / The premise

Give the whole organization a place to think.

One environment keeps infrastructure, authorization, organizational context, and operating decisions together.

04 / The operating gap

You govern email, files, and finance. AI arrived ungoverned.

Every other information system in the organization has an owner, a boundary, and a record. AI showed up through personal accounts and informal practice — in exactly the place where synthesis and reuse amplify the risk.

Cloud Gap closes that gap. Authorized people retrieve shared knowledge, operate inside defined boundaries, and continue work without starting from zero every morning.

  • SCATTERED CONTEXTImportant work is spread across accounts, files, and conversations nobody controls.
  • REPEATED EXPLANATIONYour best people spend their hours rebuilding the same organizational understanding.
  • UNCLEAR BOUNDARIESAccess, review, and responsibility were never designed into the environment.

05 / Professional guardrails

Useful AI needs boundaries. They belong in the design.

01

Bounded work

Define the kinds of work, sources, and decisions the environment is intended to support.

02

Authorized people

Organization-controlled authorization keeps access aligned with the people and roles that need it.

03

Human review

AI accelerates retrieval and analysis. The organization remains responsible for review and use.

06 / Private AI ecosystem

Air-gap principles. Cloud-scale compute.

Cloud Gap gives one customer a dedicated virtual environment and dedicated GPU compute. It is not pooled with another Cloud Gap customer, and another customer’s Context cannot become mixed with yours.

Files, folders, storage, AI data, Memory, and organizational material remain inside the customer’s private ecosystem. Data is encrypted at rest and in motion throughout the Cloud Gap architecture.

Dedicated compute

A private virtual environment and GPU provisioned for the customer’s work.

Encrypted throughout

Organizational data is protected at rest and while moving through the architecture.

Qualified controls

When properly implemented and secured, the architecture can support or exceed applicable HIPAA and ISO-aligned requirements.

07 / Included foundation

The environment arrives ready to operate.

The base deployment brings the operating pieces together so the organization has a place to begin.

08 / The environment

A dedicated place for the work to accumulate.

One managed workspace where the organization can work, retrieve, review, and extend its own context — with the separations that make shared knowledge safe to share.

  • One managed organizational environment
  • Authorized people working from a shared operating context
  • Retrieval, review, and extension without rebuilding the system each time
  • Deployment-specific controls defined before production use

09 / AI II — Artificial Intelligence. Institutional Intelligence.

Memory and Context become institutional intelligence.

AI II is one integrated subscription capability added to Cloud Gap. Memory provides continuity while Context gives each matter, function, or purpose a clear boundary. Together they let authorized people retrieve and extend knowledge that belongs to the organization.

JLS sets up AI II when selected and works with the organization to customize and calibrate it. The first three months of AI II use are free.

One product. Two coordinated capabilities.

Memory preserves continuity; Context keeps that continuity relevant, owned, and usable.

10 / Ownership and review

Multiple paths. One reviewable result.

Consensus is a capability inside the system, not a separate product. Independent analytical paths can be compared, challenged, and reviewed before an organization decides what should advance — because five copies of one model agreeing is not evidence.

11 / Employee Personal AI

Give employees their own AI. Keep organizational Context clean.

Employee Personal AI gives each person a useful place for personal AI work and personal Context without allowing unrelated material to clutter organizational workspaces, files, or Context.

Personal use remains personal. Organizational use remains organizational. The result is cleaner retrieval, clearer ownership, and less accidental mixing.

Context is useful when its ownership and purpose are clear.
11.01Employee personalPersonal context remains distinct from shared organizational knowledge and operating records.
11.02Authorized businessShared work is available to the people authorized for that business context and purpose.
11.03Organization controlThe organization defines boundaries, access, and review responsibilities.

12 / Operating path

Establish the environment. Then operate.

12.01 Establish

Define the organization, purpose, and initial environment.

12.02 Authorize

Set roles, people, access, and the working boundaries.

12.03 Operate

Use the workspace for retrieval, analysis, and governed work.

12.04 Expand

Add AI II, a branded application, storage, and knowledge bases as the need grows.

13 / Straight answers

The questions that come up in the room.

Is this HIPAA compliant?

Cloud Gap can support or exceed applicable HIPAA and ISO-aligned requirements when the deployment is properly configured, secured, and used within the organization’s obligations. Clinical implementations can also include domain-based secure email that fails closed rather than silently downgrading required encrypted delivery.

What happens to our data?

The environment is dedicated to your organization. Personal context, authorized business context, and organization-owned institutional context are separated by design, and the organization defines access and review responsibilities.

How is this different from buying seats?

Seats scatter context across individual accounts. Cloud Gap changes the unit of purchase to the organization: one managed environment, unlimited authorized internal users, and shared operating memory that does not have to be rebuilt every time.

Our people already use AI. Why change anything?

That is the gap. AI use that arrives through personal accounts sits outside the governance you already apply to email, files, and records — in exactly the place where synthesis and reuse amplify information risk. Cloud Gap brings it inside the boundary without taking the capability away.
